Her classes are hatha based, creative sessions with a lot of emphasis on reconnecting with the own body, finding confidence within and gently pushing the own limits in order to grow. The aim of each of her classes is to explore your body through physical movement, reconnect you to your breathing & body and make you leave the lesson feeling recharged & balanced. Join her on the mat if you want to – do something good for your mind & body – dive deeper into the world of yoga – feel full of energy, yet relaxed at the end of each class
